The bc_ladder block of a stored response (see CardBcLadderV1, which this mirrors). Unknown fields are ignored, for the reason StoredCardResponseV1 gives.

segments and interior_gap are REQUIRED, like the numbers of a stored truncation block: the footer is printed from them together, and a block missing either cannot say which BCs flew. A card that flew no ladder omits the whole block.
