The ProfileData fields this encoder DOES put in the file. The complement of
the not-carried list; the two partition the struct, and
not_carried_and_carried_cover_every_profile_field proves it.
units is in here because it is consumed rather than dropped: it decides how
every other value is read on the way out, and the file itself is written in
the format’s own fixed units. auto_zero is in here because it shares the
file’s single zero distance with zero_distance; when the two disagree there
is only one slot, zero_distance wins, and the export warns.
