The footer’s BC: text for rows that flew a velocity-keyed BC ladder (MBA-1601), for DopeCardConfig::bc_label.

Under a ladder the scalar BC flies only in an interior gap between bands (and, blended, within up to 25 fps either side of a gap edge), and never under a gapless ladder (every ladder a correction table builds), so it is not the card’s BC. This states the range of the band BCs instead, widened to include fallback_bc when interior_gap says the scalar can fly too, to three decimals: 0.420-0.450 (g1 ladder), 0.400-0.450 (g1 ladder+gap), or 0.250 (g7 ladder) when the range prints as one figure. No bands returns an empty string, which prints the scalar exactly as before.
